Greeters Peggy Ackermann & Sherry Baldwin,

Greeters are the first contact people have with BRVC and play a key role in a visitor’s first impression.  We welcome people as they come into our services, hand out bulletins, help with information and directions. We guide new people to the Connection Center for more information and bless people as they leave the service.

Hospitality/Special Events

At Blue Ridge Vineyard we desire to be a place of connection and empowerment. We love hosting church events, regional conferences and trainings, and local events. We hope to host more regional conferences and training events as we grow. Our desire is to see the Love of God spread throughout the region and the world by the power of the Holy Spirit and the glory of the Son of God.

Prayer ministry opportunities include training as well as ministry, intercessory teams which meet weekly to pray for our pastor and leadership; our ministries; our community; as well as members’ requests.  Prayer for the Sunday  service, as well as special prayer events are also function of the intercessory team.

Redemptive Life Ministries Amy Martin

Redemptive Life ministry is a Sozo ministry here at BRVC.

Sozo ministy is aimed to bring inner healing and deliverance,  to get to the root of things that hold us back from our personal connection with the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

Sessions are unique to the individual receiving prayer. It’s Holy Spirit-led that focuses on the root issues, not the symptoms, to restore wholeness in your relationship with the Father.

For more information or to set up a session contact Amy Martin or stop the Connection Center.

Ushers play an important role before, during and after the service. We welcome people, help them with seating, information and directions, take up special offerings and collect connection cards when needed. We are always available throughout the service to meet any need that may arise.

For more information on how you can be apart, stop by the Connection Center.

Women’s Ministry Rebekah Ford & Jonanna VanBumble,

Worship Ministry Phillip and Wendy Mullis

Blue Ridge Vineyard cultivates a community of worshipers whose hearts are passionate about worshiping our Great God. It’s our desire to pursue and encounter God in every worship service, exalting the name of Jesus through music, media and the arts.

As a community  we love to connect regularly to build relationship. If you sing and/or play an instrument we would love to connect with you.

If you love being behind the scenes, then we can use your help in the media department. Media – will consist of running sound, operating lights, and using a computer for song lyrics, running videos, and sermon notes that appear on a screen. Don’t worry there will be training involved before we turn you loose on your own. This training time can vary from person to person depending on prior experience. If any of this sounds interesting please contact us.
